What You’ll Do
- Deliver prestige roadside support for Volkswagen vehicles, using manufacturer-specific tools and diagnostics.
- Take complete ownership of the customer experience, from arrival to completion of the repair.
- Combine technical skill with excellent communication to ensure customer satisfaction every time.
- Handle a mix of warranty work, roadside diagnostics, and advanced repairs.
- Start and end your day at home with a fully equipped VWG van, tools, and uniform.
- Work 40 hours/week currently with a 7am-8pm shift range, with flexible standby hours to suit your life.
Who you are
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
- Confident, independent, and customer focused.
- Holds a full UK Cat B licence (max 6 points).
