  • Ensuring trainees have access to the required online learning platforms and resources.
  • Providing advice and guidance to help trainees understand course requirements, expectations and next steps.
  • Scheduling in-car training sessions, coordinating over 2,500 hours of training to support trainee development and revenue generation.
  • Monitoring trainee progress to ensure alignment with course timelines and syllabus requirements.
  • Managing trainee relationships, acting as a key point of contact for queries and day-to-day support.
  • Handling trainee concerns and resolving conflicts professionally, including issues between trainees and trainers.
  • Tracking attendance across in-car, classroom and online training sessions to maintain accurate records.
  • Managing your own workload and diary to ensure tasks are completed within required timeframes.
  • Supporting trainees as they progress towards becoming Franchisees, ensuring they have the information and guidance needed to take the next step.

What do I need?

  • Proven experience working towards targets and delivering strong results.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in a customer service environment.

  • A customer-focused mindset with a drive to achieve the best outcomes for both the customer and the organisation.
  • Confidence, resilience and the ability to handle challenges or conflict in a professional manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and find practical solutions.
