Programme Overview:
- Duration: A comprehensive 18-month journey where you will dive into the latest automotive technologies with workshops led by our in-house training experts
- Mentorship: You will be paired with a seasoned patrol expert, providing one-on-one guidance

Starting and finishing work on your driveway, paid from the moment you get in your van to the moment you get home. Sign on locations also available for discussion. Each year, choose your standby hours preferences to suit your lifestyle and work-life balance.
What do I need?
- Some experience in vehicle maintenance and repair and customer service
- Essential to have a full category B driving licence, with 6 points or less. If you don’t also have category BE (towing), we will fund it for you.
- Willingness to work shifts, which could include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
Examples of roles you may be doing currently: MOT Tester, Panel Beater, Fast Fit Mechanic, Roadside Technician, Apprentice - 2nd year complete (Level 2), Marine Mechanic, Railway Worker, HGV/RO Driver, Ex-Military Personnel, Agricultural Mechanic, Motorbike Mechanic, Aerospace Technician, Vintage Car Restorer.
