As Technology Strategy Director, you will define the long-term tech direction to support The AA's digital transformation and sustainable growth. You'll shape the strategy from the ground up, aligning investments with business priorities and partnering with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Data, Digital and Operations. You'll establish governance, architecture standards and an operating model that enables secure, resilient delivery at scale. This is a high-impact executive role at a trusted national brand shaping the future of technology.
Tasks
- Define the enterprise technology strategy aligned to business priorities and transformation goals
- Develop and oversee the technology and architecture roadmap across cloud, data, platforms, integration and core systems
- Collaborate with executives to translate strategic objectives into deliverable tech outcomes
- Establish governance, architectural standards and decision-making frameworks for secure, scalable delivery
- Evolve the Technology operating model to improve delivery effectiveness and organizational capability
- Act as a trusted executive advisor to senior leadership and the Board with strategic insights and recommendations
