This is the jobAre you a dynamic leader committed to excellence? We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as the Road Operations Support Team Manager . In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing sub-support functions within the Road Operations Support Environment (ROSE) . You will manage key areas such as Resource & Leadership Support and Storage Operations, along with a range of ad hoc administrative duties.
What will I be doing?- Supervising the day to day activities of Road Operations Support Coordinators, including patrol onboarding, event coordination, and employee relations case management
- Ensuring the timely delivery of ad hoc Road Operations Support requests
- Providing regular management information to help mitigate the impact of reduced capabilities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Continuously improving processes and contributing to wider projects across the Operations team
- Ensuring full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures
- Our team is split across Basingstoke and Oldbury, so travel between sites will be required. This role offers a great opportunity to collaborate closely with colleagues across both locations, contributing to a dynamic and supportive team environment
- Experience in a similar role with strong communication skills
