Salary: £26,000

Contract: Full Time/Permanent

Hours: 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, 3 days in the Office, 2 working from Home!

We’re looking for a proactive and personable Sales Development Executive to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service

What will I be doing?

• Manage the sales inbox and respond to organic leads promptly.
• Manage the full sales cycle and close sales opportunities through effective communication and relationship building.
• Conduct lead generation calls scoping new customers in the area.
• Provide excellent customer service , ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

What do I need?

• Previous customer service experience is essential.
• Sales experience (within or outside the industry) is highly desirable.
• A confident people person who enjoys engaging with customers and building rapport.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Resilient, target-driven, and motivated to succeed.
• Full UK driving licence and solid IT literacy
