In this role you will be The AA's frontline technician, tackling roadside breakdowns to get drivers back on the road. You work independently across varied locations while staying connected to a supportive team. You apply your hands-on mechanical and diagnostic skills, communicating clearly to ensure a positive customer experience. You respond calmly to a wide range of situations and make an impact by restoring mobility for members.

Key requirements
- NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with appropriate experience
- Full category B driving licence with 6 points or less
- Confidence using and adapting to new technology
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
