- Deliver prestige roadside support for vehicles, using manufacturer-specific tools and diagnostics
- Take complete ownership of the customer experience, from arrival to completion of the repair
- Combine technical skill with excellent communication to ensure customer satisfaction every time
- Handle a mix of warranty work, roadside diagnostics, and advanced repairs
- Start and end your day at home with a fully equipped JLR van, tools, and uniform
- Work 40 hours/week - currently with a 7am-9pm shift range, with flexible standby hours to suit your life
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Confident, independent, and customer focused
- Holds a full UK Cat B licence (max 6 points)
