We’re looking for a skilled and customer-focused Recall Technician to carry out vehicle inspections, repairs, and servicing directly at client locations. You’ll be part of a growing recall operation, delivering high-quality work, clear reporting, and a best-in-class experience.
What will I be doing?
- Complete safe, effective repairs & checks at customer sites
- Represent The AA with professionalism, accuracy, and care
- Stay current with repair and diagnostic tech (training provided)
- Keep records sharp and your AA van in tip-top shape
What do I need?
- City & Guilds Level 2 or NVQ Level 2 in Mechanics
- Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
- Excellent customer service skills
- EV experience? Even better, but not essential
