We are the drivers of change. n #LI-Hybrid This is the job Step into the Future of Procurement: Your Journey Begins Here! n Within AA, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Procurement Operations Graduate to join our fast-paced Procurement team, you will support the Procurement Operations Lead in delivering procurement transformation, education, and change management activities. You will work closely with Third Party Risk, Procurement Operations, and Category Managers. This role involves delivering training on procurement policies, processes, and systems, and supporting initiatives to improve procurement education programmes. n We’re looking for an ambitious individual who is passionate to learn, develop and build a strong future career within Procurement. What will I be doing? n Deliver monthly education sessions and ad-hoc training on procurement policies, processes, and systems for new and existing employees. n Develop and maintain up-to-date education materials, including guides, process documentation, 1-pagers, and the Procurement intranet Hub page. n Support initiatives to improve the quality and effectiveness of procurement education across processes, training materials, and systems. n Deliver training across the procurement team, including the onboarding of all new hires. n Support all “PR” and communications for the procurement function, including the delivery of regular newsletters and updates on changes and achievements. n Provide project management support to the Procurement Operations function, creating project plans and presentation packs, managing project communications, and tracking deliverables while highlighting project risks. n What do I need? Essential: n n Experience working within a larger-scale corporate environment. n Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills; able to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. n Strong utilising Microsoft Excel spreadsheets with the ability to analyse and translate data. n n Desirable: n n Knowledge of procurement processes across Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay. n Familiarity with procurement technologies such as Ariba, SAP, Coupa. n Experience working in a procurement department. n Working towards CIPS qualification. n Additional information We’re always looking to recognise and reward our employees for the work they do.
