Location: Cheadle Oldbury or Newcastle hybrid 3 days in the office

Salary: Up to 33,000 depending on experience

Hours: 9-5 Monday to Friday 36.25 hours

As a Process Mapping and Improvement Coordinator, you'll play a key role in shaping how the business operates day to day. You'll design, map and improve processes in a fast-paced environment, working with stakeholders at all levels. Applying lean principles, you'll reduce waste and enhance customer outcomes while ensuring compliance. Strong attention to detail is essential in this hands-on role.

What will I be doing?

  • Producing and critically reviewing business process maps
  • Facilitating workshops with SMEs and stakeholders
  • Ensuring documentation meets ISO standards
  • Analysing processes for improvement opportunities
  • Following governance and version control processes
  • Acting as a key contact for process queries
  • Communicating process updates across the business
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships
