The AAccelerated Development Programme for AAspiring Trainee Vehicle Mechanics who are ready to turbo charge their careers and become fully competent AA patrols. This innovative program is the perfect pit stop for fresh talent to fine-tune their skills, rev up their knowledge, and get their careers racing ahead.
Your way with people really sets you apart and you understand not just what your customer wants, but how they feel. You'll ask the right questions, explain your fix and ensure your customer can get on with their day. You're ready for anything, you'll be there for them, anytime, anywhere and in any weather.
Programme Overview:
- Duration: A comprehensive 18-month journey where you'll dive into the latest automotive technologies with workshops led by our in-house training experts
- Mentorship: You will be paired with a seasoned patrol expert, providing one-on-one guidance
- Real-World Experience: Gain practical on-the-job experience
- Certification: Earn IMI and EV certifications that will set you apart in the industry.
Starting and finishing work on your driveway, (paid from the moment you get in your van to the moment you get home). Sign on locations also available for discussion.
Each year, choose your standby hours preferences to suit your lifestyle and work-life balance. Bring your best self and we provide the rest, including van, full uniform, boots, and the best available equipment!
What do I need?
- Some experience in vehicle maintenance and repair and customer service
- It's essential that you have a full category B driving licence, with 6 points or less. If you don't also have category BE (towing) we'll fund it for you.
- To be happy working shifts, which could include evenings, weekends and bank holidays
