Job Description
- Experience managing high volume recruitment, ideally within an in house Talent Acquisition environment
- Confidence managing multiple vacancies, campaigns and priorities at pace
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to provide practical recruitment advice and challenge where needed
- Experience building candidate pipelines and using innovative attraction and sourcing channels
- Confidence using recruitment data to understand performance and identify where action is needed
- Experience using an applicant tracking system and maintaining accurate recruitment records
- Strong organisation and communication skills, with a genuine focus on candidate experience
