We are looking for an organised, proactive and confident Personal Assistant to provide high quality administrative and operational support to our Chief Product Officer and Leadership Team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure, pace and calm to a busy environment. You do not need to have followed a traditional EA or PA career path. What matters most is your ability to stay organised, communicate clearly, anticipate what is needed and solve problems before they become blockers. You will play an important role in helping the team operate effectively, from managing diaries and meetings to supporting governance forums, tracking actions and coordinating key activities across the function.

You may already have experience in an administrative, coordinator, team support, office support, customer operations or similar role, or you may be looking to take your first step into a PA or EA style position. Either way, you will be someone who enjoys keeping things moving, building trusted relationships and making a positive impact behind the scenes. An interest in digital or technology would be helpful, but it is not essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing busy diaries, meetings, travel, events, expenses and day-to-day team coordination.
  • Supporting governance forums, including scheduling, meeting packs, minutes and action tracking.
  • Handling correspondence, internal requests and external queries in a clear and professional way.
  • Supporting operational processes such as purchase orders, Statements of Work, MyHR activities and reporting.
  • Helping with team projects and activities, including coordination, research, presentations and communications.
  • Proactively identifying where support is needed and helping the leadership team stay organised and on track.
Qualifications:
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving, with the confidence to anticipate needs and remove blockers.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with people at different levels.
  • Resilience and confidence to manage conflicting deadlines, including pushing back constructively when needed.
  • Good attention to detail, sound judgment and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and willing to learn new systems and processes.
Benefits:
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays + holiday buying scheme.
  • Worksave pension scheme with up to 7% employer contribution.
  • Free AA breakdown membership from Day 1 plus 50% discount for family and friends.
  • Discounts on AA products including car and home insurance.
  • Employee discount scheme that gives you access to a car salary sacrifice scheme plus great discounts on healthcare, shopping, holidays and more.
  • Company funded life assurance.
  • Diverse learning and development opportunities to support you to progress in your career.
  • Dedicated Employee Assistance Programme and a 24/7 remote GP service for you and your family.

We're an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from everyone. The AA values diversity and the difference this brings to our culture and our customers. We actively seek people from diverse backgrounds to join us and become part of an inclusive company where you can be yourself, be empowered to be your best and feel like you truly belong.
