Role: Customer Sales Advisor
Location: Oldbury
Salary: 24,060 plus monthly performance based incentives once competent in the role
Working hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-18:00 & alternate Saturdays 9-5, including some Bank Holidays

What You'll Do:
- Customer Engagement: Connect with small businesses and manufacturers via inbound phone calls. Understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Sales Pitch: Make outbound calls to obtain sales through various leads and sources.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with customers. Your goal? To turn them into loyal AA members.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets. Your success directly impacts our business growth.
