Experteer Overview In this role you will shape the future of Enterprise AI at The AA, building architectures for intelligent products and internal capabilities. You will partner with senior stakeholders and engineering teams to bring modern AI and Generative AI into production. You'll act as the technical authority on AI architecture, guiding design, build and implementation with an emphasis on governance and resilience. This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused position at a trusted UK brand with meaningful business impact. You'll influence AI roadmaps and collaborate across disciplines to scale responsible AI solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure, production‑ready AI solution architectures aligned with business outcomes and standards
- Collaborate with engineering, data, product and security teams to deliver AI and Generative AI solutions
- Serve as the technical authority for AI architecture and provide hands‑on guidance
- Translate complex business challenges into pragmatic AI solutions balancing innovation, governance, and resilience
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders to influence technical decisions and shape the AI roadmap
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and patterns to drive business value and continuous improvement
Tasks
- Experience architecting enterprise‑scale technology solutions with a recent focus on AI and Generative AI
- Hands‑on technical architect who works closely with delivery teams
- Strong knowledge of Large Language Models, Retrieval Augmented Generation, AI agents, orchestration frameworks and cloud‑native architectures
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience designing secure, scalable, resilient solutions in Azure, AWS or similar cloud environments with governance and Responsible AI
- Collaborative mindset and ability to simplify complex concepts for multidisciplinary teams
