You’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of AA B2B products and propositions, managing them end‑to‑end to ensure they deliver excellent customer outcomes and strong commercial performance. You’ll play a key role in making sure our products meet all governance and conduct requirements while continuing to add real value for our clients. This role blends innovation with optimisation. You’ll develop new propositions and enhance existing ones across our manufacturer, fleet, leasing and wider B2B partnerships. Working closely with teams across the AA and external partners, you’ll shape compelling solutions that help our business and our customers move forward.
What will I be doing?
- Owning the performance and development of a varied B2B product and proposition portfolio to deliver strong customer, commercial and conduct outcomes.
- Championing the voice of the customer by using robust insight to embed their needs throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ensuring products operate in line with FCA expectations, proactively identifying and driving conduct improvements.
- Optimising commercial performance by analysing trends, spotting growth opportunities and tackling inefficiencies with B2B colleagues.
- Leading end-to-end product reviews, including competitor and cross‑industry analysis, to shape best‑in‑class propositions.
- Developing clear, evidence‑based business cases to support investment decisions and prioritisation.
- Communicating product performance, opportunities and recommendations confidently to senior and executive stakeholders.
- Building strong internal and external partnerships, influencing and negotiating effectively to deliver on time, within budget and to scope.
What do I need?
- Experience managing products in a corporate environment, ideally with exposure to product governance frameworks.
- Proven track record of delivering customer experience improvements, including the use of customer journey mapping.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives at pace, balancing strategic priorities with day‑to‑day delivery.
- Strong commercial acumen with the analytical skills to interpret and influence revenue, cost and profitability drivers.
- Experience in supplier management, procurement processes and effective budget control.
- Ability to think strategically and simplify complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrates sound judgement, dependable follow‑through and the ability to deliver through cross‑functional teams.
- Confident communicator with the capability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across the business.
