As our Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of delivering integrated marketing campaigns and customer communications that drive awareness, engagement and commercial growth. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and a wide range of stakeholders across the business, you'll help turn ambitious plans into high quality execution, ensuring marketing activity delivers measurable results across multiple customer touchpoints. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working at pace, thrives in collaborative environments and can quickly build momentum within an established team. What will I be doing?
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels to support the growth of Car Care.
- Coordinate cross functional teams including Brand, CRM, Digital, Product, Legal, Finance and Technology to deliver marketing activity on time and to a high standard.
- Develop and manage marketing assets, campaign collateral and customer communications, ensuring a consistent and engaging customer experience.
- Work closely with internal specialists and external agency partners to deliver campaigns efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor campaign performance, using insight and data to optimise activity and demonstrate commercial impact.
- Maintain governance across marketing assets, messaging and approved claims, ensuring content remains accurate, compliant and on brand.
What do I need?
- Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns from planning through to execution within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, coordinate and build relationships across multiple teams and levels of the organisation.
- Experience managing complex projects with excellent organisational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Previous experience working with creative, media or marketing agencies would be advantageous.
- A commercial mindset with experience using campaign performance and customer insight to inform decision making and optimise results.
- Someone who is proactive, adaptable and comfortable rolling up their sleeves to deliver high quality work while maintaining pace and attention to detail.
