Working closely with senior leaders, product teams, change professionals, and people managers, you’ll champion the behavioural, cultural, and skills shift required for AI to transform how the AA operates. This role is about making AI stick—ensuring new tools are used effectively, value is realised, and colleagues feel confident and capable in an AI-enabled workplace.
You’ll be part of a newly formed AI capability at a pivotal moment, shaping how AI is understood, adopted, and embedded across one of the UK’s most recognised brands.

- Culture & Community Building
- Drive AI literacy, engagement, and understanding across the organisation
- Build and manage a network of AI change champions to create momentum and feedback loops
- Deliver flagship engagement initiatives such as hackathons, demo days, lunch-and-learns, and AI-focused events
- Monitoring & Evaluation
- Track adoption and utilisation of AI initiatives against agreed KPIs and business outcomes
- Provide insights, reporting, and recommendations where adoption or impact is lagging
