We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a senior leader and their wider leadership team within one of the most dynamic areas of our business. From managing complex priorities and coordinating key business activities, to supporting governance and helping leaders stay focused on what matters most, you'll be instrumental in enabling success across the function. No two days are the same. One day you could be coordinating leadership meetings and preparing executive briefings, the next supporting a business initiative, organising a leadership event or collaborating with stakeholders from across the organisation. Acting as a trusted partner to a senior leader and leadership team, providing seamless executive support and helping drive operational effectiveness. Managing complex diaries, priorities and schedules, ensuring time is optimised and key business objectives remain on track. Coordinating leadership meetings, governance forums, team events and business activities, including the preparation of briefing materials and presentations. Attending meetings, capturing actions and decisions, and driving follow up activity to ensure commitments are delivered. Building strong relationships across the organisation, acting as a key point of contact and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders. Supporting strategic initiatives, projects and team activities through planning, coordination, reporting and administrative support. What do I need? Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders within a large, fast paced and complex organisation. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, competing deadlines and changing demands with confidence. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence at all levels. A proactive and solutions focused approach, anticipating needs, identifying opportunities and taking ownership of outcomes. Excellent attention to detail and sound judgement, with experience handling confidential and sensitive information professionally. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, alongside experience producing high quality presentations, reports and meeting documentation.
