Join us as a Distribution Performance Manager and become the driving force behind smarter, more efficient operations within Dedicated Services. You’ll be the vital link between teams, using data and insight to shape strategies that improve service delivery and resource allocation. Your mission? To turn numbers into action. You’ll analyse trends, apply AI and BI solutions, and provide clear, commercially sound recommendations that make a real impact. This is a role where your ideas will influence decisions at senior levels. Innovation is at the heart of what we do. You’ll explore future opportunities, measure the impact of change, and ensure every recommendation adds tangible value. Strong relationships and clear communication will be key to your success. We’re looking for someone highly analytical, calm under pressure, and confident working with large datasets across multiple platforms. What will I be doing?

  • Spotting new innovations and turning them into opportunities for outstanding customer outcomes.
  • Using AI and BI tools to make smart, data-driven recommendations for change.
  • Evaluating decisions and sharing clear, actionable insights with stakeholders.
  • Communicating confidently across large groups and building strong relationships at every level.
  • Becoming the go-to expert for solution design within Dedicated Services.
  • Bringing complex data together into a single, easy-to-understand format.
  • Creating and delivering management information (MI) reports on time and with impact.
  • Developing modelling tools that support informed decision-making.
  • Working closely with business partners to optimise labour and resources.
  • Playing an active role in shaping and implementing future state designs.

What do I need?

  • Proven experience in Automotive Mechanical Engineering – this is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations with confidence.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in developing data-led solutions.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume operational environments, ideally Just-In-Time (JIT).
  • Contribution to systemic modelling tools and decision-making frameworks.
  • Project management experience – PRINCE2 or similar qualifications are desirable.
  • Experience supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and communicate complex information clearly.
  • Skilled in consolidating data from multiple sources into clear, unified formats.
