Reporting directly to the Digital Content Lead, you will be at the forefront of transforming our digital customer journeys. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of Britain’s most trusted brands and be involved in defining its digital future. What will I be doing? n Content Ownership: Manage the build and publication of all AA and BSM Driving School website content. This includes making improvement recommendations, updating existing content, and collaborating with relevant departments on new content. n Content Management: Execute updates to web content on the relevant CMS, including regulatory updates, pricing changes, service messaging, and campaign pages. n Collaboration: Work closely with the wider design team, including UI/UX designers, to create user-focused copy and seamless customer journeys. n Content Strategy: Collaborate with Group SEO and Driving School Marketing to execute the content strategy, ensuring all copy is user-focused and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. n User Research: Conduct user research to inform content decisions and improve user experience. n Brand Guardian: Ensure all content accurately represents our brand, writing in line with our tone of voice and content strategy. n Industry Best Practices: Stay updated with industry best practices and bring innovative ideas to enhance content performance. n Compliance: Ensure all web content complies with copyright, GDPR, Consumer Duty, and FCA regulations. n What do I need? n Experience: Previous experience as a web editor/designer with a demonstrable portfolio. Skilled in writing high-quality, engaging copy that’s mobile-first and optimised for SEO content within a B2C environment. n Technical Skills: Familiarity with CMS systems like Sitecore, Contentful, and WordPress. Proficient in MS Office, Adobe and Figma. n Communication: Excellent editing and proofreading skills. Strong influencer with the ability to build effective working relationships across Group and Business areas. n Customer-Centric: Passionate about building best-in-class customer experiences with a positive can-do attitude. n Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
