Department: Driving School

Location: Cardiff - Dynamic Working

Salary: £23185.56

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Full Time/Permanent

As a Customer Service Adviser, you’ll be the first point of contact for our network of over 3,300 franchisee driving instructors across our AA and BSM brands. You’ll handle a wide range of queries, from general enquiries, payments, and vehicle support, as well as complaint resolution, ensuring every interaction is handled with efficiency, empathy, and a commitment to excellent service. This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same, and your support will be key to helping our franchisees succeed.
