The Automobile Association (The AA) is seeking a Customer Solutions Complaints Handler to help deliver excellent service by investigating and resolving complaints, recording actions and outcomes in line with regulatory requirements, and supporting continuous improvement.

You will manage your own caseload, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and provide guidance to operational teams while upholding FCA timescales and high standards of empathy, clarity and accuracy.
