The accelerated development programme for AAspiring Trainee Vehicle Mechanics is designed to turbo charge careers and help you become fully competent AA patrols. This program is a proactive entry point for fresh talent to fine-tune skills, expand knowledge, and progress in the role.

Programme Overview
- Duration: A comprehensive 18‑month journey where you’ll explore the latest automotive technologies with workshops led by inhouse training experts
- Mentorship: You will be paired with a seasoned patrol expert, providing one‑on‑one guidance
- Real-World Experience: Gain practical on‑the‑job experience
- Certification: Earn IMI and EV certifications that will set you apart in the industry
- Starting and finishing work on your driveway (paid from the moment you get in your van to the moment you get home). Sign on locations also available for discussion

What You Need
- Some experience in vehicle maintenance and repair and customer service
- Full category B driving licence with 6 points or less. If you don’t have BE (towing) we’ll fund it for you
- Willingness to work shifts, which could include evenings, weekends and bank holidays
