Responsibilities
- Supporting all AAsset users, ensuring tools, equipment, uniform and consumables meet operational needs.
- Maintaining the AAsset catalogue, updating records and resolving system errors as required.
- Improving supply solutions through user feedback and ongoing system development.
- Liaising with developers and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to enhance system performance.
- Analysing AAsset data and supply queries, identifying issues and driving effective resolutions.
- Managing the end-to-end supplier payment process, from raising purchase orders to ensuring timely invoice payments.
- Preparing and coordinating new starter kits, ensuring all equipment and uniform are ready ahead of start dates.
- Administering the patrol jack replacement programme, ensuring compliance across the business.
- Managing stationery supply and print requirements, balancing stock levels with sustainability considerations.
- Coordinating replacement tools and equipment for monthly checks, maintaining compliance for patrols and technicians.
Qualifications
- Experience working in an operational or supply network environment, with a basic understanding of vehicles, tools or equipment.
- Strong IT skills, with confidence using systems and databases.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service in a range of situations.
- Proven capability to manage multiple tasks and queries while meeting tight deadlines.
- Solid analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative mindset, with a positive and proactive approach to new challenges.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
