As AI Architect at The AA, you will design scalable, production-ready AI architectures that align with business outcomes and enterprise standards. You'll partner with engineering, data, product and security teams to deliver modern AI and Generative AI capabilities. You act as the technical authority on AI, guiding design, build and implementation, while translating business challenges into pragmatic AI solutions. You'll influence the AI roadmap through strong stakeholder relationships and keep governance and Responsible AI at the forefront.

Tasks
- Experience architecting enterprise-scale technology solutions with recent focus on AI and Generative AI
- Hands-on technical architect who remains close to delivery
- Strong knowledge of Large Language Models, Retrieval Augmented Generation, AI agents, orchestration frameworks and cloud-native architectures
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to influence across the organisation
- Experience designing secure, scalable, resilient solutions in Azure, AWS or equivalent cloud, with governance and Responsible AI
- Collaborative mindset to simplify complex concepts and guide multidisciplinary teams
