SALARY: £30,000

HOURS: 07:00 - 15:30, Monday - Friday

JOB PURPOSE:

To support the Operations Team by collecting and verifying production data. This data will drive continuous improvement, optimise material usage, and ensure ERP system accuracy, ultimately maximising factory efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Maintenance of ERP system including product set up.
  • Closing down works orders and tracking production orders through the process, to ensure real time usage data is captured.
  • Analysis of production data resulting in actions to improve results.
  • Support the teams by producing, maintaining and updating data capturing systems (Excel and ERP).
  • Provide daily and weekly information on Operational efficiencies and KPIs.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders to ensure accurate live data is captured and maintained across relevant areas (i.e. Production, Supply Chain, Technical).
  • Support the improvement of data entry accuracy on all operational software.
  • Management of WIP stock, including quarterly stock counts.
  • Support with ad hoc projects, for example Continuous Improvement.

ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES:

  • Able to demonstrate at least 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Ability to solve problems and work using own initiative
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the production team
  • Excellent IT proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other software modelling tools
  • Familiarity with ERP software such as SAP, Tropos
  • Excellent team player
  • Must have an excellent attendance record
  • Production awareness
  • Attention to the details and ability to maintain records
