The Austin Company of UK (Austin) has a strong pipeline of projects with multiple clients which have a large multidisciplinary engineering scope.

In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for designing and implementing manufacturing processes and supporting utilities on a range of scales across multiple project stages including concept to detailed design. The incumbent will have process design and operations experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences and food sectors including manufacturing processes and clean utilities.

Principal Accountabilities
  • Strong experience in the design of process facilities from concept through to construction.
  • Estimate utility requirements for new manufacturing processes, design utility generation, and distribution systems.
  • Create process designs and documents, support improvements, and manage process engineering work.
  • Manage scope and workloads coordinating with the US team, UK team and any process engineering design partners.
General
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comply with the company’s Quality Assurance procedures and assist in improving the company’s procedures to ensure that the best service is provided on all projects to improve the company’s overall performance.
