Key Accountabilities:
- To develop the improvement of individual and site practice around behaviour and safeguarding and be responsible for policy implementation of these elements
- To coordinate the effective implementation of the Attendance Policy.
- To provide rapid response to staff when a child is in need of additional support.
- To monitor and report on students out of class.
- To provide a physical presence on the school site during the school day, especially during breaks and lunch time.
- To pro-actively liaise with parents/carers
- To provide relevant behaviour and safeguarding training to staff through CPD.
