Rated CQC Outstanding, Aurora Orchard Manor are seeking compassionate and dedicated people to become Support Workers for our young people on a full or part time basis. Set within 14 acres, Orchard Manor offers a supportive living and learning environment for young adults with severe and profound learning difficulties and complex health needs. With specialist facilities and a focus on promoting independence, we support each of our young people through the transition from education into adulthood.
The Role: As a support worker you will be highly involved in personal care, this is supporting our young people with all aspects of personal hygiene including toileting, dressing and maintaining their personal appearance. As well as supporting with their medical needs you will also get involved in helping with daily activities.
