Have you got a passion for helping and empowering others? Are you wanting a career with progression and great benefits whilst making a difference? Rated CQC Outstanding, Aurora Orchard Manor are seeking compassionate and dedicated people to become Support Workers for our young people on a full or part time basis.

Set within 14 acres, Orchard Manor offers a supportive living and learning environment for young adults with severe and profound learning difficulties and complex health needs. With specialist facilities and a focus on promoting independence, we support each of our young people through the transition from education into adulthood.

The Role: As a support worker you will be highly involved in personal care, supporting our young people with all aspects of personal hygiene including toileting, dressing and maintaining their personal appearance. You will also assist with their medical needs and help with the young adults' therapies such as rebound therapy or hydrotherapy in our newly renovated pool.

We also have sensory gardens, a skills centre, forestry school and rooms dedicated to art, music and much more. Independence is promoted wherever possible.
