Welcome to Aurora Foxes, a specialist college and training hotel for young people with learning disabilities, situated in the friendly seaside town of Minehead. Foxes is a very special place. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of our young people in an operational hotel environment that supports our students to learn the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to successfully shape their own future. Our aim is to equip our young adults with the life and hospitality skills to become work ready, life ready.

Your Role: As our EHCP Coordinator, you will be primarily responsible for the administration, coordination, and facilitation of the college's Annual Review of Education Health Care Plan process. In addition, you will act as the first contact to customers by responding to external and internal written and telephone queries relating to EHCP processes. The EHCP Coordinator will ensure that the EHCP process is conducted accurately, timely and effectively across all provisions, in line with statutory and local requirements for reporting. This will include supporting in the coordination and attendance at EHCP review meetings. Throughout the process, the EHCP Coordinator will be a point of contact for external agencies, staff, parents and carers who have EHCP process queries.
