Hours: 40 hours per week, Term Time only + 10 days to be worked throughout the year
Salary: £12.37 to £12.71 p/hr (actual salary per annum £23,235 to £23,874) depending on experience

We’re now seeking an experienced Administrator / Receptionist to join our admin team in September, at our brand new school.
The Role / Key duties:
- To be responsible for school reception and administrative duties, welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, diary management and taking deliveries.
- Act as the first point of contact for the school, welcoming visitors and responding to telephone and email enquiries in a helpful and constructive manner.
- Ensure the safety and security of the school at all times, making sure that the front door is locked and entry to the premises controlled.
- Maintain an attractive and welcoming reception area and update notice boards as required.
- Maintain, update, sort and retrieve a range of records/statistical data, including monitoring/ordering of stationery and office supplies if appropriate.
- Follow standard procedures for security of confidential data and information.
- Support colleagues and senior members of staff to achieve their own work objectives effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain positive relations with parents, local authority personnel and the community.
- Be flexible and able to lend a hand whenever required.
Successful candidates are likely to demonstrate:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Good level of literacy and numeracy.
- Excellent computer skills - Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint and ability to use a range of databases.
- Organised, good time management.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
