Work closely with the SENCo and therapy team to ensure high-quality healthcare and therapy at Aurora Schools.

Collaborate with families and external agencies to tailor therapy to children's needs.

Conduct autonomous assessments of children with diverse needs, including autism, sensory, and attachment issues.

Analyze assessments to determine and implement appropriate interventions.

Support development and care plans, focusing on activities of daily living, self-care, and leisure.

Develop, evaluate, and review individual occupational therapy treatment plans using clinical reasoning.

Maintain accurate records in line with professional standards.

Assess children with complex needs based on advanced knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathology.
