We're looking for a compassionate and proactive Family Support Officer to join our team and play a key role in supporting our students and their families. The Role As a Family Support Officer, you'll act as a vital link between home, education, care and external services. You'll support a defined cohort of students and their families, providing early help, safeguarding and targeted support to help them stay safe, engaged and able to progress. You'll work closely with the Designated Safeguarding Lead, pastoral and therapy teams to deliver a joined-up, consistent approach that puts the child or young person at the centre of everything.
