Start Date: September 2026

Hours: Full Time, Permanent - 36.25 hours per week (8.15-4 Monday, Tues, Thurs. 8.15-4.30 Wed, 8.15-3.30 Fri) - 39 weeks per year

Salary: Scale 6 Spinal point 18 (£30,721.33 pa actual including annual leave entitlement)

Embark on a rewarding journey with Capella House school, a unique and innovative special school shaping the future of education for pupils aged 4 to 16 with Speech, Language, and Communication Needs (SLCN). Capella House is not just a school; it's a forward-thinking community.

The Therapy Assistant will work under the guidance of a qualified Occupational Therapist, Speech and Language Therapist and the Campus lead, with all pupils assigned within Capella House school. You will be joining a friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable team, and will be able to access a wealth of training and development opportunities, including robust clinical supervision and peer support.

You will be based in the Capella House Therapy Office, supported by the wider Auriga Academy Trust therapy team, and will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ wellbeing and learning while working as part of a collaborative, values-driven network.
