The Audley is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team in West Wycombe. You will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver outstanding dishes for our regular dining experiences and seasonal menus, maintaining a modern yet classic English charm in a relaxed setting.
You will also assist with stock rotation, implement new menus, and ensure HACCP guidelines are followed. Mentoring junior staff and stepping in when the Head Chef is away are key parts of the role in our small, dedicated team.
