This is a remote position. Full Time / Permanent. Remote working from US with international travel. This is a newly created role in an established audio tech company, which forms a key part of the Senior Leadership Team and is crucial to their continued commercial growth.
As the VP of Sales you will be responsible for global sales strategy, revenue growth, enterprise deals and long term customer relationships. It is a senior, hands-on leadership position, suited to an experienced enterprise sales leader with a successful track record accelerating commercial growth.
Responsibilities:- Lead and execute global sales strategy, focused on enterprise customers
- Drive and close complex, high-value enterprise deals
- Build and manage a strong, predictable sales pipeline
- Leverage your network to establish strategic relationships with key accounts and partners
- Work closely with product, technical and application teams to shape and win technically demanding deals
- Contribute to pricing strategy, packaging, and commercial structure
- Hire, mentor and scale the sales team
- Significant experience in enterprise software sales within deep-tech, AI, or audio
- Background in audio / AI / acoustics, with detailed understanding of audio technology market
- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value enterprise deals with large technology companies
- Able to navigate long, technically complex enterprise sales cycles
- Experience building and scaling sales teams and structure
- Equally effective as a senior sales leader as a hands-on individual contributor
- Established network within audio, media and entertainment / AR/VR technology
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
