This is a remote position. Full Time / Permanent. Remote working from anywhere in the US, plus national and international travel. This is a newly created Senior Leadership role, joining a successful audio technology company and heading up their commercial strategy and operations in the US as they continue to grow. With a strong commercial focus, this role is well suited to someone with extensive experience in the audio technology industry, a successful track record driving growth, and proven abilities in product strategy and roadmap development/delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Senior Leadership Team to establish and accelerate US presence
  • Drive US growth and strategic positioning
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Identify strategic opportunities and key accounts
  • Act as senior point of contact for US-based customers and partners
  • Develop and deliver go-to-market strategy and market positioning
  • Shape product strategy and roadmap decisions
  • Collaborate with leadership, product, and technical teams to align market needs with product development

Requirements

  • Senior leadership experience within audio software or audio technology
  • Detailed understanding of audio AI, signal processing, acoustics, voice technology and audio hardware
  • Strong commercial expertise, with a track record managing enterprise-level sales processes
  • Wide reaching network of contacts within relevant US tech and audio ecosystems
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, growth focused, able to build and scale a market presence
  • Ability to operate and coordinate activity across strategy, delivery and relationship-building
  • Clear, confident communicator, able to represent the company at executive level
