We are working with an established and fast‐growing enhanced communications company on a newly created Engineering Manager role. This is a chance to lead the team building next‐generation audio SDKs that power real‐time audio AI tools used by developers worldwide.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with AI and ML Researchers, Product Managers, Software Engineers and DSP specialists to guide technical delivery, shape SDK architecture and ensure that products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability and usability.

You will lead and mentor a team of C++ developers, balancing hands‐on technical direction with effective people management. Your background in C++, audio processing and cross‐platform development will help you make strong architectural decisions, while your communication and leadership skills will enable your team to grow, collaborate and perform at their best.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Software Manager, Engineering Manager, Technical Lead or similar in a software development environment
  • A strong technical foundation in C++, cross‐platform development and system design
  • Proven experience developing SDKs or libraries in audio or media
  • Knowledge of AI model inference (TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX)
  • Understanding of GPU acceleration (CUDA, Metal, Vulkan, DirectML)
  • Background in audio DSP, real‐time audio, media SDKs or plug‐in development
  • A people‐first leadership style – enjoys mentoring, enabling collaboration and motivating team
