Great role for an experienced Engineering Manager to join a music SaaS organisation and lead their UK team of full stack developers. You'll use your technical and leadership skills in equal measure, guiding the team to develop great products used by enterprise clients in the music industry.
As the Engineering Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Acting as the first point of technical contact for enterprise customers
- Leading and mentoring a team of 5 full stack software developers
- Collaborating with Product Managers, Designers and the wider engineering team
- Using customer feedback to inform product design and development
- Integrating efforts and resources between product and engineering teams
- Guiding technical discovery, architecture and systems design
- Evaluating commercial and technical needs
Hybrid working - the team are remote and meet once a week at a co-working space in London.
Requirements
- Experience as an Engineering Manager or Software Team Lead for a SaaS product
- Understanding of music industry, music workflows or music software / SaaS products
- Background as a product or development engineer
- Strong skills in React, Typescript, Python
- Proactive, product driven, strategic thinker
- Confident working with enterprise customers
- A positive leader, able to develop both the team and individuals
