Engineering Product Manager

Full-Time No home office possible

We are looking for two highly experienced Product Managers with strong software engineering backgrounds, to join a successful audio AI software company as they enter a new stage of growth.

As key senior hires you\’ll be responsible for managing a mixed team of engineers (web, frontend, backend) and leading them in the development of new products and features, with a strong emphasis on communication between R&D and the wider business.

You need to have experience understanding product and design requirements and converting these to formal plans, aligning with product roadmapping and allocating engineering resources.

Experience leading engineering and product teams in a quickly growing company is a plus.
