The Auction Group is an independent UK property auctioneer running traditional unconditional auctions through our own online platform. As a Trainee Auction Consultant, you will learn how an auction house works alongside experienced people on the team. You will manage the full auction process and win new instructions by working with homeowners who have enquired, with no cold calling. This is the entry point into a career in property auctions and the base from which you grow into the Auction Consultant role.
What you will be doing:
- Learning the full auction process, from winning an instruction through to completion
- Helping progress agreed sales through to a completed transaction
- Keeping accurate records and meeting compliance requirements
- Working through structured training, and your own research outside the office
Who we are looking for:

Package and benefits:
