  • Negotiating sales and managing each lot to a binding result
  • Progressing agreed sales through to completion
  • Working to the targets and KPIs in your personal development plan
  • Meeting compliance requirements on every transaction

Who we are looking for:

  • A couple of years in a sales background, or estate agency experience
  • A track record of hitting targets
  • Confident handling conversations from first contact through to close
  • Wanting to move your career forward, or move into auctions

  • OTE GBP 50,000 to 60,000 (basic salary plus commission)
  • 28 days holiday including bank holidays
