The issue facing many property sourcers
Many typical property sourcers can find deals, but they have the hassle of finding an investor and waiting until the sale completes to get paid. They also feel a moral dilemma when taking advantage of someone who needs a quick sale and offering them a low price. At our monthly auction, multiple investors are bidding, so the best price is achieved for the seller, and you get paid 48 hours after the auction.

No auction experience is required. However, knowledge of the property industry is advantageous. The ideal candidate will be proactive and have a sales and/or marketing background.
