Expert in auction property⌠but ready to do it on your own terms? Youâre an experienced Estate Agent, Property Sourcer or Auction Agent. You manage the seller's journey from instruction to auction. You enjoy prospecting, have a strong understanding of your local area, and recognise properties suited to auction vs open market. You identify motivated sellers and skilfully advise on pricing, guide and reserve. You enjoy the job⌠but not the limits on your income or growing a business that isnât yours. Earnings
You earn 70% of the auction fee on every completed sale. Typical fees range from ÂŁ2,500 to ÂŁ10,000+ per property. Complete on three auction sales per month and earn a gross income of ÂŁ100,000 in your first year (based on a ÂŁ4,000 average fee, set fee at 2% on ÂŁ200,000 sale price). Payments are made within 7 days after the auction.
