What you'll be doing
You'll identify properties suitable for auction through direct mail, property portals, social media, your own network and estate agent relationships.
You'll speak with sellers and agents, understand their circumstances and explain how auction could provide the right solution.
Once a property is instructed, The Auction Company provides the central auction infrastructure, including Rightmove advertising, legal-pack coordination and running the auction itself.
You focus on finding opportunities, winning instructions and building relationships.

Who we're looking for
Experience in estate agency, property sales, business development or a related field would be beneficial
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
Passionate about property and comfortable building relationships
Confident speaking with property owners and generating new business
Professional and capable of representing The Auction Company
Ambitious and prepared to build your own pipeline
Previous auction experience is not essential — we'll provide the training.
All TAC Auction Partners must complete The Auction Company's required AML and compliance process and receive approval before operating.
