Our client in Watford is seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join their expanding sales team. No prior experience is required, as full training is provided. This is a people-focused, field-based opportunity where you’ll engage directly with members of the public, represent established charitable organisations, and help raise awareness and support for meaningful causes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engaging in face-to-face conversations with members of the public (no telephone work)
- Representing charitable causes with professionalism and positivity
- Signing up new supporters and encouraging long-term donor engagement
- Developing key sales skills such as communication, active listening, and objection handling
- Working towards agreed performance targets with guidance from experienced mentors
