The Atlas Collective is a UK sales and marketing agency specialising in face-to-face marketing. We help brands across telecoms, energy, non-profit, meal kits, pet care, and home delivery connect directly with their customers. Every year, our teams bring in over 20,000 new customers for our clients through genuine, in-person conversations.
We’re looking for ambitious graduates to join our Watford team as Graduate Sales & Marketing Executives. You’ll start where every great sales and marketing leader learns the business: face to face with customers. From there, you’ll be trained and coached, with progression into team leadership and management as your results grow.
What You’ll Do
- Represent leading UK brands at events, retail locations, and public venues across Watford and Hertfordshire
- Speak with customers face to face, understand their needs, and recommend the right products and services
- Turn conversations into new customers and help hit campaign targets
- Learn how campaigns are planned, measured, and improved
- As you progress, coach new team members and support campaign management
- Take part in regular training on sales, marketing, communication, and leadership
Who We’re Looking For
- Recent graduates in any subject, or anyone with equivalent drive and experience
- Confident, personable communicators who enjoy meeting new people
- Competitive, goal-driven, and resilient
- Coachable and keen to develop leadership skills
- Background in sport, hospitality, retail, or societies is a real plus, because teamwork and drive transfer directly
